Tomorrow we will have a little lady in our house. Our firstborn will be 6 and I just can't believe it! Six sounds so big. She's not a little kid anymore. She's a little lady.
This little lady is compassionate and silly. She is strong-willed and cautious. She is tender-hearted and perceptive. She is a lover of turquoise and yellow, dancing, chocolate, hot dogs, living creatures, dressing up, the Dallas Museum of Art, and writing books.
And she loves her friends. Like really loves her friends. And I love that about her...to see her so loyal and caring about others.
So, Happy 6th Birthday to the little lady who made me a mama...one of my favorite things to be. We are so thankful God chose us to be your parents!!
