Summer Reading List

I love nothing more than getting lost in a good book during the summertime. So I've created a list of 10 great summer reads for all you book lovin' peeps!

The great news is that I never buy a single book. Never. All these titles can be found at your local library for FREE. Yes!

And speaking of free...my super talented friend, Lyndsey, wrote a book. Yep...a book. (I have the coolest friends!). Lyndsey's book is called A City in the Air and you can read it for FREE on Wattpad by clicking here. I am excited that we finally have an iPad and I can download the Wattpad app and read this steampunk adventure without squinting at my small iPhone screen. Yes! Bring it on.

One last thing...you may have noticed that I prefer to read fictional books that are just for fun (historical fiction is my favorite!). But if you wanna read a book that will have more of a lasting impact on you, I just read Raising Grateful Kids in an Entitled World by Kristen Welsh (she also blogs over at We Are THAT Family). It really hit home. And it is perfect for me to go back and refer to when my kiddos start acting entitled this summer. Because let's be honest...they totally will at some point.
