Costume Reveal

Welcome to my annual costume reveal! As you know, we forego homemade costumes this year. I have gone back and forth on how I feel about all this. But all in all, I call our store-bought costumes a success (except in the budget department).

Each year I take the children to fun places around our city for our Halloween photo shoot. They are totally into it because they feel like they get to "be" the character they are dressing up like, while I get to practice my amateur photography skills. It's a win-win all around.

So without further ado...I present Halloween 2016.

Channing as Laura Ingalls Wilder from The Little House on the Prairie (because she is an old soul at times and I love that):

 

 

 

 

 

 

And Chaz as Kylo Ren from The Force Awakens (because when you're 6 you can't have enough Star Wars in your life):

 

 

And then I told him he had to show his sweet face in at least one photo. So he did. :)
